  • I’ve been thinking about whether or not I should press there or not. I’m halfway tempted to just for the sole reason that I feel like I’m riding a lucky streak against you. And I’m also scared for that reason . . . when’s this going to even out. A huge fail there could more than make up for the other breaks I’ve caught so far.

  • Freaking Russian fortress was one bright spot (besides Yunnan, which is now extremely weakened) in this game and you go and shoot down both fighters and I get nothing.  Freaking RIDICULOUS what is going on in this game.
    This is where a guy has got to stay on his game and not let the torrent of stupid dice get into the psyche

  • 5 1’s missed you, but 2/3 hit me.  Sickening.  Now I’m facing continued SBR with no defense, and you hardly EVER get hit by AA.

    Dang it, I should have taken France like I almost did.  You would have sent bombers to France because I would have had 6 units there.  But of course, both counterattacks go rosy for you and you don’t even have to make a choice in South France - FRUSTRATING

  • I’m glad to see J4 posted!  I need to move on!
    Thanks also for not replying to my mini-rant.  All part of the game.  I was fortunate in East Poland, and I do not recall much else from this game.  The 6 fighters I lost so quickly was very unexpected and quite a setback, and a result of highly unlikely dice, so was frustrating, I know you understand.

  • I know the feeling, I’ve had some pretty horrible rounds too. I once had 5/7 US bombers shot down in 1 stinking turn when I went after multiple facilities and factories in Europe. You got some early luck last game that I compounded with some bad play in the Pacific and yeah EPol was not a fun one. I knew you could hit me there, but I was ok with it since I thought I’d do you some more damage.
