Arathorn, I’m curious about the damage edit you did on the major. It would appear that the +2 damage was already included as one of your bombers rolled an ‘8’. I know for awhile that the +2 bonus wasn’t added, but it looks good in this one.

First I didn’t notice that it did it on one of them - then in the end summary it popped back up and I saw that it indeed had gotten one right - that is why I edited it back to only fix one of them.

Why would it only do one of them and not the other? If it worked for one, it worked for both. A roll of a 1 & 6 would’ve produced the same results as with the +2 it would’ve ended up 3 & 8.

It rolled a 3 and a 6 if I remember correctly - I remember I was puzzled why it only did it on one, so I went to the dice mail and checked. Unfortunately I have deleted them now, so Cmdr Jennifer must check it out - but I am quite certain it only did it for one, which is why I edited. First I thought for a moment it hadn’t done it for either, but then when it “popped” up at the end of the turn, it caused me to check.
If I overlooked something, it is the easiest thing it the world to fix it. :) I want it to be 100%

Looking at the history, it’s showing that you rolled a 3 & 8. So I would assume you really rolled a 1 & 6 and it automatically bumped them both up +2. Either way, it’s considered good manners to let your opponent know what’s going on with edits. Because it can make you look bad if someone doesn’t understand what’s going on.

At first when I saw it, it looked like it had not been added (I have had several games lately where we’ve had to add it manually) - so I added it. Then at the end of the turn, before I posted, the two bomber dice came up again, this time with a regular three eyed 3 dice, and a #8 dice beside it, equaling 11. That is when I went and checked the Marti email, and as I remembered it (I unfortunately deleted everything yesterday) it said I had rolled a 3 and a 6 - which should make 13, not 11. That is when I edited BACK -2 since I realised it HAD added on one of them, and not two. So unless I made a mistake in my Marti mail check, it should be correct as is.
I was going to tell Cmdr J about it right away, but I must have forgotten it, as I was going through several games for the first time in a month, all before I was going to work, so my good intentions must have drowned in all the busyness.
So to Cmdr J, Please check the dice for the bombing, I want this to be 100% correct. If I made a mistake, let’s fix it. Sorry for the fuzz

Somehow a couple things didn’t translate from Russia 3.
- Fighter from Novgorod ended up in Moscow, it should be in Novogorod. I had moved it and told TripleA to cancel the move and put it back, but I guess it didn’t.
- Infantry that wasn’t sent to hit Iraq was left behind to take the last piece of Persia, which I told TripleA to do, but it seems it didn’t. Dunno why, or maybe it was done between game saves?
Not sure if either of these would change anything Japan wants to do or not do. I can’t imagine it, but I’ll wait for confirmation on them before starting anything new.
