    i guess i would like to ask, for sake of turn planning time, if you mind if i change US noncombat moves up until the time i start with dice on the UK turn.  Unless it is involving the pacific theater which could sometimes be affected by the chinese move, of course.  But in the atlantic, it would be easier to move faster if i can change US noncoms while i am planning the UK move in the atlantic.

    In a non-league game you wouldn’t have to ask for edits like this.

    But I’d prefer that for league or tourney games you plan it out and practice the 3 turns before you make your move.  In principle, Chinese results ‘could’ effect how you want to do things in Europe.  So I mind if you change moves after combat dice are rolled, even if the combat was on the other side of the globe.  I would want to be asked them.

    I don’t mind this particular edit so go ahead.
