on post, 134, page 9, Germany last turn bought a dd.  I forgot to place.  I placed it on some map in between, maybe Japan’s once I saw it missing?  anyhow, if you want to give me back the dd and take the IPC’s that’s fine.  Or if you want to move your ss that would be fine as I guess you would have seen it if I had placed it.  Doesn’t matter to me.
