That patented wheatbeer sink the french fleet in the med and retreat to ROM moves… I do like them a lot, BTW, and plan on steeling them next I play the Axis. I can definitely see the small battles are harder to outright win now with the subs… interesting.
I actually think with low luck, it makes sense to scramble the fighter… not completely sure, but let’s mix it up a bit… so, let’s scramble the fighter and see what happens.
-
I did go slightly light in 111, lets see

I actually didn’t need to roll any attack for r2 of that, sorry, will take getting used to.
-
Oops…didn’t realize you had 2 tacs going in… now doesn’t make quite so much sense to me. I read that too quickly. Oh well.
I hopefully will have time tonight for my moves. Not so sure yet, but would like to.
-
If you want to undo it, it wouldn’t require any rerolling, just adding 2 fighters back to the board. Germany would then only lose the sub and lands the extra fighter in WGR.
-
Cool. I’ve changed the board to include 1 german ftr in WGR and 1 UK in SCO
I do think that the low luck does change a few thoughts on opening moves and future moves… got to rely much more on having more units and much less on luck of first round dice. Maybe it will make me more conservative and play the allies better just because of how things are now calced out. It has changed my opening buys and moves for Russia.
