Looks like the coin toss in Norway went my way. The best I could make it was a coin toss, and you had to make the attack. For what it’s worth, I think that just evened the game out – before that, you definitely had the upper hand.
I wouldn’t concede at this point, but it is your call.

Japan is still very, very strong, and there’s still a good possibility that combined action could take out Russia, basically cutting you down to three fronts to be shared by your three powers.

OK, thanks. I’ll tell you what. There’s a 10 IPC difference between an upgrade and a major.
I guess I can do three things:
- lose the 10 IPCs and go ahead and upgrade the factory
- upgrade the factory and place 10 IPCs worth of stuff this round
or - upgrade the factory and put 10 IPCs away for next turn
I’ll leave it up to you.
