    Looks like the coin toss in Norway went my way. The best I could make it was a coin toss, and you had to make the attack. For what it’s worth, I think that just evened the game out – before that, you definitely had the upper hand.

    I wouldn’t concede at this point, but it is your call.

    Japan is still very, very strong, and there’s still a good possibility that combined action could take out Russia, basically cutting you down to three fronts to be shared by your three powers.

    OK, thanks.  I’ll tell you what.  There’s a 10 IPC difference between an upgrade and a major.

    I guess I can do three things:

    1. lose the 10 IPCs and go ahead and upgrade the factory
    2. upgrade the factory and place 10 IPCs worth of stuff this round
      or
    3. upgrade the factory and put 10 IPCs away for next turn

    I’ll leave it up to you.

    It does have to be a three, but it also has to be a territory that you originally control. If you had built a minor in Romania, for instance, you could upgrade it to a major.

    Redo your build with that in mind. I would say keep what you already built, of course (except for the factory upgrade) but spend the remainder on whatever you want.
