    Hi Sir, I believe that Anzac Art needs to be unloaded also as it was a combat unload.

    If I’m not mistaken partial unloads during CM are allowed if the units were loaded during a previous turns NCM (those units were already aboard at the start of ANZAC 11).

    I think the prohibition says that if units load during combat movement, they most unload during combat movement if possible (a sea battle retreat could stop unloading in some cases).

    ANZAC loaded the transport during turn 10’s NCM and I don’t recall any rule regulating units which loaded during NCM.

    I don’t have the rulebook handy right now, but you could post in the FAQ if this scenario isn’t spelled out.

    You are right if they were loaded in previoius NCM, because the rules only talk about combat move, I just checked the rules.

    It does not make sense to me differentiating the phase of the load, but as the rules don´t say anything about the NCM loads and Combat Movement unloads, I think what you did is just legal.
