Amphibious assaults with no defense can be done any time. So you basically did follow the rule this turn by doing Phillipines first.
It only matters that amphibious assaults with dice rolled are resolved first.
And now you can join the minority of us who enlighten the rest of the players on this rule.
I was unaware of it until Funcioneta enlightened me a few years ago. (He is from Spain, btw :-))
Ahh, I did right then, it is a bit complex rule for me.
I think it is rare that in the combats you make, this rule has an impact.
There may be situations in future that make me think about it and consolidate, as of now, it is difficult for me to even remember of it.
Interesting that a spanish user tought you that, very few people play in Spain, because the game was never sold on shops.
I bought a classic one when I travelled to UK being 14 years old (now 39…). Never found anyone else in the country playing it if you exclude me and my friends until a couple of years ago. We played during years almost every friday.

After some years without playing, I found this site in the internet, and discovered the global version had been delivered. I bought the phisycal one using internet and play it with my friends with long barbacues from time to time… Let me know if you come to Spain!!
Also searching in the internet I found a games club in Madrid with guys that play only wargames physically, they have more than 1.000 different games in the club, and 4-5 of them know Axis and Allies Global and play sometimes.

We are the same exact age. I saw the game in a shop when I was 14 but my father would not let me buy it. I played it when I was about 16, and bought my own. My first game was against Boldfresh’s little brother, with Boldfresh’s game set.
