Yes max defense in Z26You apparently don’t realize that you have 100% chance of losing with this combat move. Japan has 6 victory cities and Allies have 1 round to retake 1. The only one you can possibly retake is Hawaii. You need to try an amphibious assault on Hawaii using units on California, because failure to take Hawaii right now is game over :-)
