I appreciate your humor and a deal of sarcasm. Yes, historically it was economically beneficial trade. The key word is  trade. USSR received technology, military supplies, plant equipment and, what is most important, time and territory - Baltic States, Vyborg (pro Axis Finland boarder was just 30km from Leningrad before the Soviet/Germany deal (treaty) on August 1939), and East Poland. So, I disagree with  generously supply.
