I don’t think you can sink the transport in 50 and ignore the sub in 50 at the same time. You either have to ignore the transport AND the sub, or if you want to sink the transport with the plane, you must sink the sub to land on the Phillipines. I’ll let you modify your move as necessary. You only have one destroyer, so if you wanted to use that on Zone 50 instead of zone 60, I’ll let you keep your roll (sink sub in 50 with no losses) but I keep the sub in 60. Perhaps that’s what you would have done if you had realized it was illegal to only sink the transport in 50 and invade the Phillipines?
Just let me know.
In other words, while you can ignore subs and transports for movement purposes, once you decide to engage in that zone, you can’t pick and choose which ones you are going to ignore. My sub is basically activated by your fighter sinking my transport, and your transport can’t ignore the sub. 99% sure.
