    @FlyingBadger @trulpenplay on page 22 of the A&A Europe Handbook it states: Transports can move to friendly coastal territories and load or offload cargo, unless they loaded, moved, offloaded, or were involved in combat during the Combat Move or Conduct Combat phase. Of course this is in my favorm but I am afraid that the AAA cannot be unloaded.

    @flyingbadger now that’s a tricky one. In a land combat, you cannot take AAAs into a battle, but you can move it into a captured territory during the non-combat move. I don’t know if a transport can unload twice, once during combat and once during non-combat moves. I will ask someone. It would be a shame to lose three transports with the two AAAs, if they could have been unloaded.

    Sounds like you’re planning on attacking the transports with your planes whilst the AA guns are still in the cargo! How can you even sleep at night?.. :wink:


  • @martin That’s fine, I didn’t think I’d be able to unload then if I used the infantry for an assault, but had to use them for that as the others are still needed defending Paris!

    How shall we proceed - what is your reading of the rules? I am afraid I can actually be that nasty guy. We can wait for the expert opinion, or I go ahead, and in case the AAA could have been offloaded, we re-do the battle. The only thing is that I would use more infantry in case the AAA could be offloaded…
