Sz92 stack is great. Blocking with DDs probably and keeping Gib probably comes out to the same in the end. Just need to be sure you actually take Gib back.
Ill never hesitate to block with dd’s again. Losing gib even for that short period of time really messed everything up. I thought about leaving a ftr there which may or may not have been enough to deter the landing. I didnt expect you to build an airbase in greece and thought you would use the mixed tt to take crete and cyprus. But I guess given the opportunity to take gib for free, it was hard to pass up.
Lesson learned.

yeah I actually could have defended Egy, Gb, and stacked z91 with just one blocking dd in 110 but I underestimated the loss of Gib. Would have made a big difference I think.
