Tried posting with your settings for internal and couldn’t complete combat, locked up. So switched to Tripleadice and it worked. Marti is working again. With Vichy, I guess that I can try taking France’s turn, as I don’t think anything happens as a neutral pro Axis.

Just a quick comment Rommel, that Italian move to Algeria didn’t accomplish much. In the balanced mod, those territories are going to turn Pro-Axis this round anyway with the French soldiers waiting to get picked up. Now the Italians in Algeria could be killed on UK2 with 1 inf + lots of planes. Alternatively, Colt could wipe out the entire Italian fleet with very minimal casualties.
Usually I would respond to that UK move to Algeria by hiding most of my Italian fleet near Rome until there is a good opportunity to use them, and take one of the Med islands that gives a bonus either to your side or UK’s.
The only reason that Ita moved to Alg is because of the fatal flaw in Bri Gib gambit. I needed a landing zone for the Luftwaffe after it sinks the Bri fleet in sz92. Air can’t land in neutral pro-Axis. It will be costly for the Luftwaffe also, which will benefit Rus, but hopefully, Ita will break out and benefit even more.
Bri could scramble figs from Gib in the hopes of a good die roll. Even an average dice would also take out much of the Ger air. But Bri may not want to lose most of its air and all of its fleet. Ita used both trans to give it options. A free airbase is tempting.
