    I’m going to declare war tonight on Britain, ANZAC, the USA, and France (but not Russia), make more or less the usual attacks on China, buy 3 transports and a marine, and then do a standard J1 attack, with 2 transports carrying 3 inf, 1 art headed for the Philippines, backed up with 1 ftr, 1 tac in the Philippine land battle, and covered by at least 4 hit points of combat units in the sea zone. The other transport is going to Borneo.

    Do you know if you want to scramble out of the Philippines? If the exact attack matters, I can let you see it and then wait for your answer, but if you know ahead of time we could speed things up a notch. :-)
