ALready posted France. Italy is no more.
I don’t really think the game is over. Not looking good for Germany, true, but they collected 103 ICs last round, and collectively, even without Italy, the Axis out-produced the Allies.
Unless you’re saying YOU are going to concede, I am still playing. :-P
