      Hello all! I’ve been gone since 2019, but I’m feeling the itch to try out Path to Victory. I was an average player (Tier 1) back in the day, but I’ve got lots of rust to shake off, and I’ve never played this mod at all before.

      I’d like to second the idea of letting China buy Artillery at any point in the game. In the tiers I play, generally around Tier 1, where we ain’t nothing special but we do have some idea what we are doing, Axis seem stronger, so giving Allies just a tiny boost like that might make the difference.

      And, as regularkid mentioned, it’s not going to have a huge effect one way or another anyway.

      Has this ever worked for anyone?  Not the specific strat MoW proposed - though I agree that’s the best way to go - but any taking of ANZAC before India.  I’ve done it a few times, but I’ve lost the game every time.

      I think it’s a lot like Sealion.  Even when you win, you lose.

      Realistically, you look at even the most interesting and instructive games, and you’ll never see more than 3-5 downloads of any given turn.  People don’t go back and look at them.  Deleting them after a certain period of time is fine.

      @nikola1975 The bumps are in the League rules. And yes, they are formal warnings. When you mentioned that you couldn’t play until Saturday that time, that was fine. But when you don’t respond for 3 days, that’s a bump.

      5 - Posting Schedule

      The following is for the benefit of waiting players to be able to claim a win on an abandoned game and do not have to be exercised.
      5a - Time Limits - There is a 72 hour time limit per move (3 full days). This may be negotiated by the players at game start. If you agree to different time limits, you need to post it at the beginning of the game thread for the moderators to enforce. Of course, longer limits may always be allowed by a player to his opponent during the game - post these in the thread in case there is a dispute, for the moderators.

      For good sportsmanship, you should give defender decisions (casualty choices, scramble/intercept/submerge/ kamikaze decisions) to your opponent as soon as possible.

      5b - 72 hour warnings: If 72 hours goes by and there is no game-play post from your opponent (i.e. at least a game decision made), simply post “bump” and the number of the bump (Bump#1, Bump #2, or Bump #3), which creates the “warning”. (Note: only post “bump” in your warnings to make it clear you are issuing a warning. Do not add any other text in your warning post.)

      5c - “Bump” warning and consequences - Each “bump” warning resets the clock for another 72 hrs. However, on the 4th “bump” warning the offending player will be disqualified and declared the loser for that game. You cannot retroactively issue a “bump” warning (after your opponent posts). “Bump” warnings can be issued for posting of partial turns (for example, someone only posted their combat move), OOL requests, etc. but they follow the same 72 hour requirement.
