This is the second time since I joined AAA in January that I’ve forgotten about that goddamn victory cities rule.
I’ve been playing A&A for nearly 30 years, but with my amigos here we just play until someone surrenders. We don’t even think about VCs.
I look at how well the Allies are doing and can’t believe they’re about to lose the game. Everybody’s always complaining that the Allies are disadvantaged in this game…. well, getting rid of that stupid VC rule would probably fix that. Why has no one thought of that???

Maybe instead do away with Honolulu as a VC, then. It seems ridiculous to think the Allies would have up and quit WWII just because the Japanese happened to capture Calcutta and Honolulu.

I agree.
To achieve an allies victory seems to be difficult according to the game rules.
But i also understand that VC’s are needed for game mechanics.
The later the game Progresses, the more difficult it becomes for the Axis to win. -

You totally had me on the European Theatre and I was thinking all the time why are you not attacking me.
The game was basically lost for Axis Germany when it lost his Bmbrs and did not go for your capitol.
I have to say that you left Moscow wide open and it was tempting.
Decided to wear you down, wich had not the effect I was looking for.
After that you did pretty good with Russia and you could have easily knocked Germany out.Interested in a rematch?
