    wow, Iraq was so lucky for you.
    That you even attempt that…

    These are the moments I hate most. When an opponent makes a crazy attacks and then it pays off   :|

    These troops were trapped, the best option was to use them for a strafe attack, which was fine because there was a decent infantry buffer to use.

    As the Allies, and as you must be familiar because you seem to be a good Allied player, you have to take negative expected value battles (and create opportunities for the Axis to enter slightly advantageous battles as well) to wear the Axis down.

    All that said, I’m very happy about that Iraq battle and also happy about how my navy in 92 did. I totally understand your point.

    I totally understand the concept of strafing and use it myself from time to time.
    However, in this case you should have had negative TUV after every round on average.

    To come out with +25 on top at the end just hurts me so much. Especially after what happened in this game so far. I can’t handle more over-average results for you anymore. To be honest, it’s looking very, very grim already.

    I don’t know if that’s only my own personal flaw, but when games look so bad after only 1 or 2 rounds, I tend to not put the greatest focus on them. Maybe I should, but well… that’s how psychology works, am I right?

    You are entirely correct and justified.

    Dice tides can turn. The TUV advantage is just under 500 and the Allied income advantage is shrinking.

    I think I’m still beatable, just like you I’m treating this as a casual game (you are playing several at once) and not doing extensive planning. You certainly have more experience than I do so that is your advantage.
