Hmm, strange. the engine does not let me attack Kwangtung, despite the political relationship is set “unprovoked”.
Not sure what do do now :-/Tried it and does not work either. I may try to load your ZH1 file and I might try to redo your UK turn and edit the results of IT and G2. A bit fizzy but I see no alternative right now.
Set it to war instead of unprovoked.
Triple A allows me to move any unit anywhere in the combat move phase as it is noncomabt phase.

Yeah, unfortunately the tripleA client is not the perfect gatekeeper to make sure the rules are met during all phases of the game. Gamerman has a long list of little bugs which have to be fixed. this is one of it.

Hey Amon (Sorry again I really hate spelling names incorrectly, this happens rarely to me),
it fiddled around and reconstructed the moves from UK1 and edited them to the real and posted combat results. Now everything works again. TripleA seems to have a problem with political relationships changed in edit mode. I am quite confident the file is identical to your posted RU2 file.

Regarding the Transporter. I am pretty much sure that the rules did not allow your move. However I already said I accept the map because I wanted to do G2 before I go to bed as I go to bed earlier and wanted to give you the chance to do RU2 while I am asleep:)
So: I leave this up to you. If you’d like to make any changes to avoid the mistake, I would be glad about it, but if no, I will fully accept it and continue with my J2. Please let me know how you want to proceed.
- I realized you made an Edit during your Anzac move and relocated the US Philippines DD and Sub. It’s really a minor issue because it looks obvious you just forgot them. However, there have been dices rolled in between and the fact I scored zero hits in Yunnan can certainly affect the decision whether to do unprovoked or not with UK/Anzac which imo could have an effect on how to deploy your US ships because there are alternative options but moving them to Queensland.
Small issue and I am fine with it. I would just ask you to at least mention such edits after your move to at least give me the chance to review it.

A TT does not make a seazone hostile, so you may not leave that SZ during the combat move phase ending in a friendly sea zone.
This is correct. You cannot move the battleship in the combat movement phase if it does not result in combat. You can only move in the combat movement phase to escape surface warships that are hostile (a hostile sea zone).
This is a screwy loophole and possibly an oversight, but that is the way we must play it. JDOW decided to let a transport of mine go in our game because of this rule.
In short, you cannot sink the transport and also move the battleship to a friendly zone. You have to pick one or the other.
If you need more reasoning or rationale, let me know. The four bullet point exceptions to combat movements resulting in combat are the only exceptions, and none of those exceptions includes moving away from transports/subs (not a hostile zone with only transports/subs).Sorry it’s a screwy thing, but them’s the rules

Hey Amon,
a little issue, however I made a type in my previous post, I of course meant I forgot to move my Arty from Tobruk (to Alexandria) where it was placed in the map I posted.
As you could see I moved it into edit mode so I wanted to tell you that I made that walk in in edit mode because I forgot it during Combat phase.
I would claim in this position to put the Arty back to Alexandria:- Tobruk is obviously the worse space for the Arty because it does potentially get attacked by Inf + Fig instead of 2 Anzac Inf, so I would rather attack myself than allow to be just slaughtered
- It seemed to be my intention to move it to Alex as I did this in edit mode (forget to move to Tobruk was not really possible because it started in Tobruk)
I am sorry for my typo, I think we should have clarified that in the forum first before rolling the dices and I promise you that this is independent from the dices results.
You would of course have the right to attack with your 2 ANZAC inf if you want.
