Not sure I follow. I don’t see a mech in Turk and they can’t blitz without a tank?
I moved into it in combat, out of it in non combat. TripleA allowed, no issue if not doable, I reedit then.

Not sure know myself about this kind of movement, will look into the rules and edit back to german control in case this is illegal.

I think you’ll find it covered in rules under combat moves and non-combat moves really. Only aircraft are allowed to move in both phases.
