    I edited the Ukraine factory to give me the half point of repair, that was an oops on my part.  I was reading it as “how many IPC do you want to spend on repair” vs “how many repair points are you spending”.

    My whole “plan” with German tech this game was to get rockets.  Far too late now to matter.
