    FYI it looks like the IC in France never got downgraded to a minor. Some kind of bug I guess. It can be fixed with an edit.

    I downgraded the factory, but I can’t add 5 damage to it.

    Unless you can figure out how we;ll have to remember it.

    Ok, remove the major and add the minor. Select the minor, then click “Change Unit Bombing Damage” in the edit options.
