    I’m afraid I was not clear enough and you have to understand because every EDIT is subjected to the opponent approval, If you don’t agree with EDIT you should write it and I will EDIT back.

    In the purchase phase I wrongly clicked on a mec inf instead of an art but I understood my mistake only at the end of the turn when I had to place. If you don’t beleive to my good faith I can EDIT back. It’s not a problem, It’s your right.

    If I don’t declare war on Russia as Germany, but still place a German sub in 125, does Russia lose its +5 IPC NO? I would guess not, since we’re not at war, but I don’t have time to look up to the rules to be sure.

    This affects whether or not Germany declares war this turn. If it does not, it gains +5 IPCs from trading with Russia. If it does, it can pick up +2 IPCs from territory gains, but they are very unimportant territories at this stage in the game, so it’d be better for Germany not to declare if they could still keep Russia from gaining their NO.

    So it looks like if I do not declare war with Germany, I can still block the Russian NO even if Russia does not declare war on Germany on R3.

    Since this is something I just learned (or rather, was told, and have not self-confirmed), I wanted to confirm this with you before I proceed.

In this case you declared war with Italy so the russian player is able to declare war to Germany in his turn and gains eventually the objectives IPc’s bonuses. Anyway the German player cuold still benefit with the +5 IPc’s for trading with Russia if he don’t declare war to Russia.

    I just couldn’t bring myself to take India on this turn. I would have lost too many planes, and I didn’t like my fleet being that far south.
