Yeah, I guess it was ~44IPC below average. I wanted to put a high price tag on Shan state but did not expect it to be that high.
Without the poor decisions in Europe I would have a decent position.
Now I have a decent Pacific and a very bad Europe position and my last joker - to blame the dice - is now gone;) -

You will certainly feel the difficulty of not having london produce for minimum 2 round, if not more.

Of course, I am VERY impatient to continue this game, since I especially like the European map, but I know you have BIG moves ahead of you. Especially in Pacific. You really need to get the job done there quickly, before Germany gets a win on the European map. Russia is about to receive some real beating ;)
