    Yes indeed. I was pretty confident that I would win this since round 2.

    Actually, when you bought these 9 transports after purchasing a factory in G1, I knew Europe was done.
    And when Japan in round 2 had ZERO transports in SZ36 off Hainan and only 3 overall, I knew Pacific was won too.
