Hi Snake, sitting here and past midnight. I think you will not scramble (your fig against bomber, fig, DD and AC), and I will finish my turns. If you want to scramble, I will undo all related things (ie the landing in Norway), roll the scramble in the Forum.
I do hope this is ok in this situation, and apologize if inappropriate. In any case, nothing can happen, the scramble will be executed if you want it.
