Jennifer, I just realized that you have not collected you NO for IND/AUS/HAW for Japan since Japan turn 2. You should have received 15 more IPC to this point (5 IPC for round 2, 5 IPC for round 3, and 5 IPC for round 4). If you want, you can revise your buy for this turn and spend an additional 10 IPC which you should have had in your account from rounds 2 and 3.
Since you did no combat this round, you can redo your entire Japan move if you wish, if having the extra money makes any difference. I’ll wait to move until you have a look at it.
