I now realized I made a critical misstep in Russia. I somehow missed the attack on Moscow from Ukraine that Germany will be able to carry out next turn. I am simply not in a position to rebound from such a grave error at this point.
I had a bad feeling about moving my troops out but I couldn’t see what it was. Now that it is clear I will lose moscow this turn or lose 100 upc’s worth of units just to give myself a 40% chance to hold i feel it is best if i surrender. I normally lose moscow but not unexpectedly.
Very frustrating way to lose and i apologize for not giving you a better game but at this point i would rather start a new game.
However, if you want and are willing I could re-position my troops in Samara and Tambov back to Russia, give you your Inf and art back in Tambov and we can play the remaining game out. I will obviously report my loss today either way but i figured I would see if you to play this game out without my error.
Sorry for not giving you a better match. I would love a rematch or continue with the re-positioning but i understand if you would like a new opponent.

Yes, I wondered what your plan was. Even though I think the odds are like 70-30 in my favor it would be worth it to try from my end.
Personally I think it is ok to re-do this kind of mistake. I am not sure how to best do it? Replay the whole round?
I am definitely up for continuing the game. We could also do a re-match after this game :)

One thing I realized about re-doing the Russian round is that Japan already did theirs. An edit of Russian/German troops would be more appropriate in this case.

What ever you prefer. I can edit the units so that I would have stacked Moscow and leave Tambov untouched. You would get back 1 inf and 1 art. Keep the other moves as is.
If you want I will give you the victory you earned now and then consider the rest of this game as a new match. That way we can play this game out while still giving you the result you deserve.
I am at work right now but later today I will make the edits I mentioned earlier and then post the game. Then you can make sure you agree and I will then make my move as US/UK.

Generally I am OK with most changes/edits. However, when it comes to changes after dice are rolled I feel they need to be justified. Since you came back to me before I played Germany, I feel fine for us making an exception in this case. I am unsure on whether you actually need to surrender. Let us say not and continue :) OK?
Play US/China/UK and also make the changes for Russia (including adjustments to income) and I will look at them when playing Italy.
