Frankly, this looks too risky to me, 110 can be game ending if it goes wrong. Normandy is risky, UK could take back in the first round.
Also you dilute the France attack with the consequences you faced this turn.I mean, it is ok to take risks in case you believe you need some luck to win a game but I would not recommend to make this the default.
