I noticed Germany took F5. There’s an issue I know about with that factory where it doesn’t take money away from France when it’s plundered. I plan to fix it on my next TripleA update.
For now, to be fair, you should deduct $3 from France via edit mode. The rest of the initial factories should work properly.
I did receive this message at the start of the Russian turn. So I did not transfer the IPCs.
