Crap! I just took the Japanese turn, but I noticed you attacked next to Mongolia! Doesn’t that mean I get me some Mongolian allies? And if so, would you like to not take that territory on your turn?
No. It means you can now attack Russian territories bordering Mongolia without them going Russian. :-)
