    Axis are making more money than the Allies, and I won’t change that for AT LEAST the next three turns, when I MIGHT be able to liberate London.

    Thing is - he captures Cairo before I liberate London. After that there’s absolutely no chance. I could make a thousand IPC with USA, russia would fall too fast.
