  • And you’re right, it was really a bummer to realize on America’s turn that my 3 bombers and 2 of the fighters couldn’t even reach Z6 like I thought they could all along, and all I had to do was declare war with Russia.  I was willing to work around it, but yours sounds like a good idea

  • oh i see what you mean. hmmm. well if the new unit placement for germany would cause u to make different combat moves, then do it. but i think if ur gonna attack the cruiser at all, it should be with the same forces, and the same result. I don’t mind if u elect to forgo the attack tho

    No, don’t worry, yes that’s what I meant.  I’ll have to take a look at what you did with Germany, but I anticipate it will be fine and I will duplicate my attacks - I think it was 114 and Ukraine - I’ll just need to make sure my noncoms are OK and then it will be back to you for Japan, yes.  This will all work out

    That German noncom changes a lot with the Russian turn.  I was able to easily defend Leningrad before, but now it’s not nearly as safe, so wouldn’t want to land a couple planes there.  I didn’t take any losses in Ukraine, so what do you say I just redo the turn and can change combat movements?  You’ll have your cruiser back.  And I can warn you that I might attack East Poland so you might want to add another tank or two there possibly.

    Let me know when you’re ready.  I do have your G4 position as edited now, since I did the edits myself (because could not download)  Let me know if this proposal is OK (I’m not bound to my previous R4).  After all, you got the benefit of seeing that I moved my infantry and artillery to Rostov so that took away from the advantage of having all mech and tanks in West Ukraine.

    Anyway, I think it’s fair that I re-do R4 not being bound to dice or combat moves from my first one.  There will be a chance that I take a hit (or more) in Ukraine this time, and you will have your cruiser back.  Do you agree?

  • Before I do, I want to tell you that I would probably attack East Poland and see how it goes, since I have infantry I can lose.  Are you sure you don’t want to put more there?


  • Infantry and artillery in Baltic States that is not in a good position.  So I most likely would attack.  I don’t want to do that in case I get good dice, and have you protest that I was taking advantage of your granting me a re-do for the DOW


  • if you woulda made the attack given these new circumstances, then by all means you should make the attack. do ur worst (best). :)

  • I’m attacking East Poland with everything, and Ukraine with inf/art

    If I take Ukraine without losses, then I guarantee you at least 1 hit with the AAA in East Poland because I lost a plane attacking your cruiser the first time.  I just think it’s right.  So if you whiff in Ukraine and your AAA whiffs, I will remove 1 plane anyway.
