sorry, with edit I mean that I expect visitors and dont have enough time to think about the Russian sub / what Allies do. Is it ok to do it later, even after your Japan move? This way, if you have time, you wouldnt need to wait with Japan. If you think Japan influences the med sub unduly, I will try to position it as soon as I can. Thx Balladeer!
