  • there’s a glitch, I could not unload the uk transport to morocco so just assume they are there.


  • bold, look at the entire cumulative totals for the dicing, but I don’t expect you to get it, you haven’t before. it’s really simple math, just add up essentially the LL equivalent and see how much over/under I am so far. it’s already to the point I’ve pretty much lost it since against a good player I doubt zhukov will make many mistakes. attrition rolls are so critical early on against evenly matched opponents - for the game to be balanced where bids typically average 12, bad attrition rolls can negate that bid amount many times over.

    it’s even perhaps more exaggerated in this game since many battles initiated by zhukov aren’t overkill as he’s stretched out his attacks. I normally always try for maximum overkill to limit attrition luck but always seem to still get hosed. that cruiser at singapore got 2 hits vs my overkill attack that should have on average gotten 2 hits in the first round, but of course I missed everything. that was basically a 1% outcome which in turn led to him winning the coin flip to sink 2 transports since I couldn’t move an extra naval unit there. and of course, that defending bomber also hit back on at 1…

    i haven’t followed the game closely - just saw your comment that that z93 battle was a dicing - this was all i was commenting on.  if you have been a hit off here and there throughout of course it adds up.
