    I did not expect you could send all 5 fighters east and buy 4 bombers, and as it happened all my Allied fighters were out of range.  That coupled with your swingback from Caucasus, and suddenly you have 73% which also surprised me.  But, with all due respect, I don’t think there’s any way you can win, even with amazing dice in Moscow

    Are you using AACalc on the A&A site?  Because I noticed earlier today when doing the calc on Moscow that it takes infantry off before bombers.  That makes a big difference.

  • uhhh using low luck I would have won with 6 tanks and 8 air left.  had I been slightly lucky there might have been 10+ ground units there, making a fairly dicey counter attack.  even if you won the counter attack I would have taken it back for good with 7 mech and 8 air…  not sure what you are saying when you wish I had won  :-P

    put it this way, you won with +13 units over average on that pretty disastrous attack.  had I won with just half that outcome which was still about a 20-30% probability, you would not have been able to take back moscow…

    I don’t think I needed to hold Moscow, and yes on the counterattack if it failed I would probably destroy almost all of the tanks

    You said it would have been an epic game if it continued, and yes I half hoped you wouldn’t lose Moscow

    But I am also glad I won and that the game is over.  It’s called mixed feelings.
