  • eh…I guess I wasn’t paying too much attention to that…I greatly appreciate the offer, but I’m not going to rescue the UK anytime soon here.  I think I need to face reality here.  I think the best thing to do for myself is surrender and put this one behind me.  I hate doing this, and you can hate me for quitting so early.  I’d rather just give you the win and move on to game two.

  • I don’t mind giving more than one unit in a space, but I just don’t see how 15 is even possible (unless I had it).  If you have to be the Allies, I’ll give you the same (9).

    I prefer to limit bid units to one per territory, because otherwise bid’s are artificially low since 4 infantry in Yunnan trashes the game balance in China. However, the league doesn’t require that limitation.

    Switching sides isn’t required. Typically, I play sides determined by bid. League style now bid’s down for Allies.

    When I bid +15 for Allies, you can either give me the Allies at +15, or counter-bid by offering to take the Allies for yourself at +14 (or lower). Then I can either give you the Allies +14 or counter-bid, and so on.
