Ok. I was feeling pretty good about how I was going this game. USSR aren’t supposed to reach Norway without the other allies helping.
If you change your mind, we can probably continue.
OK, I don’t see the comments in the history, but for the first time I actually see a comment I had posted
I don’t see the one explaining the French infantry, but I do see the one saying the British infantry are on a US transport.
I guess use of the comment log can help sort out planes on carriers and ground units on transports…
Sorry, just thinking out loud - still learning the ropes to TripleA. Have been sending Veqryn a slug of ideas/requests.

Surprised you bought 2 tacs
I thought they were on your do not buy list :-)
Some major Russian resistance, there…
I was beginning to think that was an oxymoron, given my experiences in recent games :-)
Either you don’t know about what US/UK can do with the Danish straits, or you forgot.
You just handed the game to me on a silver platter.
I don’t really want to win that way.
Do you need to change your noncom/placement?
I’m leaving for a couple hours - go ahead and make some edits if you want.
Or just concede now and save us the trouble.
So I have 2 unused spots on 1 American transport.
Just making sure…
I DID tell you clearly that there were open slots on a USA transport so that you wouldn’t be caught by surprise.

yeah they are not a good general purchase, but in this case they made an even pairing with fighters and apparently i am going to need every last pip in the atlantic.

yeah it was frustrating rolling that battle. i have a feeling im going to miss those 2 trucks.

pretty darn generous offer there gamerman. tip of the cap to you sir.

yes you did state clearly that you had an open transport. i appreciate you checking though, it is sportsmanlike of you.

thank you for double checking.
i dont think i have made a blunder, i noncombat moved my sub to sz113

yes a very classy move. but i have the sub for protection.
no you do not have the sub for protection.
i’d say, off the top of my head, that there is an 80% chance you will lose germany.
no you do not have the sub for protection.
i think you are wrong bold, but you now have me paranoid.
usa takes denmark.
uk then moves to sz113 or tries to move to sz114.
germany then scrambles 3 figs.
i have 67% chance at winning the seabattle, stopping any chance at amphibious assault on berlin.
yes i know i am giving a 33% chance at berlin and the game, but i feel like that is an acceptable risk at this point in the game.
Ok u have been warned.
Perhaps I was too hasty to say anything.
I need to bring up the map again (when my 14 y/o gets off the appropriate computer) to consider your sub and scrambling planes. I did forget that your planes could scramble inside the Baltic Sea also.
Nope, there is a 99.999% chance that I will take Berlin. That’s the odds that USA can take Denmark against 3 scrambling fighters.
The UK can ignore the sub in Z113. The sub must be in the destination zone to stop an unescorted transport. And that doesn’t matter because I do have destroyers.
Berlin will certainly fall and this game is over unless you change your noncoms, which I will allow.
You can’t scramble anything against the UK attack from Z114. You have zero chance of stopping the UK taking Berlin.
well this is embarassing. i thought the sub would stop the uk from getting to sz114.
i checked the rule book and you can ignore it with the destroyer escort and i can not scramble. i lose berlin and the game.
i am not used to losing, even with poor dice. you played great and i was looking forward to finishing this game as i felt i might lose.
it is very sportsmanlike of you to let me change my noncombat, but my whole german(and italian) turn was based of the sub initiating a scramble. i am going to see if i change my noncombat, if i can still defend. if so, and you are still offering, i will take you up on the edit option.
