I still don’t understand these NO’s. Why does Germany collect 5 for an NO that says Germany at war with European allies when they have not yet declared war?

I thought it was because they are at war with France and UK. But I can review it. I haven’t looked at the rules since my G1.

Is there a pdf of the underlying ruleset which Alpha +2 augments? I don’t even know the out of box rules, i have read no 1940 rules, all I know are the AA50 and Classic rules.

At the bottom of the map there are the NO boxes, you have to delete the China one to remove the NO.
I believe you get to do UK, etc. now too.

I have a question. I am reading the rules and just covered China. Is China still run at the same time as the US so that if one takes a territory, the other cannot land aircraft there, and the combat moves can be done in whichever order the allied player desires, or are they run completely separately now and the USA has to move before China?
ah just realized it is still my turn, I guess I have 3 powers back to back :-o
working on this one, should be able to finish UK and ANZAC tomorrow and we can get this one moving…
