Is there a player enforced rule about the IJN being in allied territories? I know there is a prohibition against the USN being off Japanese coasts. Seems very nonsensical. I once had this guy park the IJN off Hawaii without a DOW. That needs to be house ruled/fixed.
@Stucifer yeah, I don’t consider it a good move, so I encouraged it.
@crockett36 There might be. The only rule I remember right now is that you can fly Japanese air over British & French territory when not at war. And that Japanese boats can’t be within two spaces of western US

I believe that is an illegal move

I guess that means you can sit in Hawaii (sea zone 26) according to the rules.
I don’t see anything else about restrictions on being near UK/ANZAC territories.
