    @Adam514 scramble to defend Haw? (not attacking tt)

    perhaps going for the victory is the wrong move. I really dont know. I think your attack on Java tipped the scales for me though, cant believe you were willing to risk the game. To me that says you feel allies are really behind but it doesnt feel that way to me. I just think this is my one and only shot at a VC win and I just dont think I will win a long drawn out game.

    So I will take the opportunity presented and live with the results. But definitely a tough call.

    @Adam514 arghhh, Im gonna think about this some more. Never been in a game like this so its really hard for me to judge Europe. I have an alternate pacific play but just unsure how Europe is going to look but I have some ideas that I need to hash out. So will sleep on things and see how things look tomorrow.

    @ksmckay All good take your time. I figured you’d be going for Hawaii after you risked your German bomber on a DD, and my plan was to offer Hawaii at these odds. Could have reduced them to 72% with an extra DD sacrifice, but not worth it considering the game situation in my opinion.

    Why does the Java battle risk the game though?

    @adam514 yeah I had decided to go for it at that point and if the bomber had been lost I would have definitely been committed. But since its not, I am still not sure.

    You could have used that anzac transport to take back Hawaii. With 2 less units to attack Hawaii it pushes the win odds to 50/50 or maybe slightly better.
