Expected that to happen… Well I think you are better of after this battle… Lost a lot of expensive units vs a ton of infantry…

@cds Yeah, learned a lot from that battle.
- Concentrate when picking scrambling and casualties :dizzy_face:
- Russia can (in PtV) throw punches and not just retreat (so maybe buy with that in mind).
- Good to trade units when yours are near there ICs and the opponents are far away.

Yes, Russia is very strong. You can definitely do more with them then only defend with a lot of infantry.
I think I should have send more fighters to Leningrad for scramble purposes (into Belarus ;) ) Also I should have given up on the bombers earlier, altough it was only a 2 on extra dice i’ve given up each round, I would have been better off, because eventually I lost them anyway.
I dont think the situation you described is really in play, because altough my supply lines are very long, if they are up and running its like they are coming out of the factory (1 move) away aswell.

@cds Yeah, I definitely spent the first few turns figuring out the mechanics, especially the new map, scrambling and the Pacific Islands.
It is great fun though, love the depth to it but still has a good pace to the game. I am fond of tacticals and cruisers so glad to have those at a better price

Yes, some units have improved (purchase or capabiltiy) but there are also units that lost some of their capability’s. For example bombers.
