@cds Also…air only attacks against subs are allowed in this game. The way we usually play is the air units get one round of attack and any subs left are submerged.

i don’t think i have been that owned in a game for a while. lol. well played
though i would otherwise be inclined to play on just for sh*ts, the modified victory conditions make an axis victory in europe all but impossible now. When Japan falls, the number of VCs euro-axis needs to capture to win increases from 8 to 9 (in other words, i’d have to take uk). Thats not gonna happen now.
I want a rematch.

:-DI definitely had a couple lucky breaks in the Pacific build up. My initial thought was ‘shit he’s going to go hard with Japan once they declare, so I better try to put together some kind of immediate counter.’ Something tells me that one won’t work twice though haha.
