My foe was not aware of this rule.  Since my 4 fighters scored 3 hits along with my 9 attacking bombers 3 hits against all 6 of his fighters scoring hits I might suggest we redo that round!  Thanks Krieg!

The off/unloading in one movement gibts especially japan and britain more possibilities then in the games we did so far.

Just wondering: I didnt think you could put troops on a ship and off load on same turn? Or am I misunderstanding? Or is this a new rule, I have the 2007 version with no cruisers

As far as Germany turn one is concerned, I think a lot of players use the battleship to kill the med destroyer and land 2 units in Egypt with the transport from Italy and kill Egypt turn one with one plane from Balkans and 2 units adjacent to Egypt.  The one game I didn’t do this, the allies made short work of me……  the med cruiser can be killed with just planes.

The map look of the map is great, the chip amount is frustrating, but over all this is a good game. Buy it.

The map look is good but because of almost invisible German borders and the lack of space in European territories the playability is bad.

Like it was said above, if you have Revised and Anniversary just download the ruleset and play it with Revised map and AA50 pieces. The map changes are minor (2 almost useless islands, Formosa and Iceland, and a few changes to North America).

Using the marshaling cards from Revised or making your own will take care of the space issue. So far I am enjoying the game with my 2 sons.
