OK so I did all the edits and rebuilt it as it was. Here are the major world events:
USA sunk the destroyer by palau with a bomber from Queensland and landed in Carolines.
USA attacked Holland with 1 inf, 1 bomber, and lost both without taking it (which sucked for me).
USA swam 1 inf, 1 mech into Norway via z125 to avoid scramble.
