No scramble.
I didn’t setup the game properly. Meaning tokens will disappear. I am just giving it up at this point. I want less games and the opening for Germany was horrible as it is.
Gamerman hasn’t counted the game yet. At least I can’t seem to find it in the files. I checked in a local game and Japan still has its tech tokens. Meaning only Germany lost its 2 dice. This can be solved by giving Germany 10 ipcs to buy the dice again. We both know they had the dice. This seems like the easiest solution. The reason Japan still has its dice is because I changed the settings during the game. I noticed tech tokens were marked to disappear (while they shouldn’t). This was to late for Germany.

ok, clearly I’m not used to this Tech token thing… so I rolled a 6 for the UK and was awarded Shipyards, but I made an error in saying yes to war with the Japanese. So, as I normally do, I scrapped the game and started again… but then I lost the Tech token - so what do I do now to restart my turn with the shipyards still awarded? Any ideas?

describes how somebody else dealt with it. I am guessing this turn you bought the tech dice for the first time. So all you need to do is lower the ipc amount and add the tech. I can see that you rolled tech 3, which is improved shipyards and you spend 5 ipcs to get it. You shouldn’t have any remaining dice after this.
