It’s actually a pretty common move. I’ll be honest though, I’ve never seen anyone pull it off when there was a single US transport with nothing to support it in the Atlantic. Usually US needs enough in the area to force Germany to stay grounded and/or get wiped out if they did scramble. :-D
I was stupid enough to let people do it do me twice before I finally learned my lesson. :|

I wasn’t sure if you would call it or not as I didn’t know your temperment. I know I would probably have called it. And I disagree with how well Japan’s doing. I think they’ve crested. Although it’s entirely possible they might take out India, but I still think they’re about reached their peak. But that’s just my opinion.
