It doesn’t affect Anzac or France whatsoever.

Usually yes, however you need to tell me what you wanna do at least:)
This is the procedure I have “learned” in previous games that one should be concrete about request for NCM changes. the risk is of course that one could reveal weaknesses and the opponent says “no” and exploits them. However I personally think this mind game is fair for both sides.
But on the other hand…there haven’t even dices been rolled since the IT move. So yes, you can do NCM changes, however I would reserve the right then to change Anzac or French, but this should be rather unlikely:)
Okay, I forgot the convoy roll. So you had to plan with 2 IPC less in average for IT7;). But I guess you can assure me that did not influence your plans?
